Meal card for the Brickstone Grill and Eatery(available during normal operation hours in the Fall and Spring semesters) - Your group may set a dollar amount Meal Card for the Brickstone Grill and Eatery for meal cards that can be given to each of your students to be used towards the purchase of their lunch. Tammi Daoust will help you arrange meal cards, she can be reached at daoust@uwp.edu or 262-595-2601. Please note: You will be invoiced only for the dollar amount used per meal card. Students are responsible for the cost of any items purchased over the dollar amount per card. Cards may not be combined for use - one card per person. THIS OPTION IS ONLY FOR GROUPS OF 40 STUDENTS OR LESS.

Catered Lunches - Parkside Dining Services offers various catered lunch options for groups who wish to dine on campus as part of their visit experience. The Director of Catering will be happy to work with you to arrange catering and billing for your group. They can be contacted at catering@uwp.edu or 262-595-2346. THIS IS THE OPTIONS FOR GROUPS OF 40 OR MORE.

Bag lunch on campus and/or group members purchase lunch on their own- Groups who do not wish to purchase meal cards or catering are welcome to have their members bring their own lunch and/or purchase lunch on their own in the Brickstone Grill & Eatery. Should you choose this option, upon arrival we will store your students bag lunches in a secure space until lunchtime and we will provide a comfortable dining space for your group.

We Look forward to accommodating your group on an upcoming visit. To provide a quality experience for all of our guests, we required that all visiting school groups adhere to the following expectations:

Please know that your group has agreed to attend the information session and the walking tour (unless otherwise noted). The duration of the entire event is approximately 2 hours.
Please plan to arrive in a timely manner. Groups that arrive more than 15 minutes after the session has begun may not be able to attend certain portions of the event.
Please have an adequate number of chaperones (no less than 1 chaperone per 10 students) and ensure that the chaperones remain with the group during the entire experience.
Please monitor your group's noise level, and it is our expectation that all students behave in a respectful manner to Parkside employees, students, and the campus community.
All cell phones and other electronic devices must be on silent and away during the information session and on the walking tour (exceptions may include interactive activities or during group photo opportunities).
