Truth in a Nutshell Community Visit Day

Centered around Francis Glessner Lee’s Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Deaths, guests are invited to walk through the life-size nutshell. We will be featuring Dr. Janamarie Truesdell as she walks us through the crime scene analysis and concept for Nutshell Crime builds. This is a free event open to the community.

This event will include a special presentation by Dr. Janamarie Truesdell, an Admissions info session, and a campus tour.  Students will also be able to tour the crime scene exhibit. and make observations on their theories for cause of death.

The event will last approximately 2 hours. 

If you are an educator hoping to bring students, please reach out with an estimate number of attendees to reserve an area.  Our venue has limited capacity, if you wish to bring additional guests, please contact us.
